THE CONCEPT
The Lifestore
The Lifestore intends to bring drastical changes to hypermarket model, similar to those which led the smartphone to replace the fixed-line telephone. Thus the Auchan Lifestore fonctionning model has evolved from a single-function model to a multi-purpose one. The hypermarket of tomorrow is composed of nearly 15,000m2, divided into 3 halls dedicated to Taste, Home and Well-being in everyday life. In each hall places of discovery; learning and entertainment have been created to increase the customers attendance and better meet the needs of the local population.
