THE CONCEPT
Both a production atelier and a gourmet destination, the architectural, merchandising and graphic design aims to strike the right balance between the expression of the profession, by preserving the site’s historic production tools, and contemporary accessibility, to the delight of sweet tooths.
Because Nina Metayer makes it a point of honour to value her teams, a window has been created so that all visitors have a clear view of the teams hard at work preparing cakes that are as beautiful as they are delicious…
